• Cover Design Thinking Case Studies across select industries. Explain how design thinking has been used on Strategy, Product Design, Process Improvement, Tech, Data and AI projects.
• Explain the 6 stages of Design thinking – Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test and Deploy, in detail with examples and how Data and AI, can add value to each of these stages.
• Experiential Learning for Participants in a workshop setting i.e. Design thinking workshop on a generic topics or problem statement or any other specific topic chosen in client’s context.

We have conducted over 50 design thinking workshops, contextualizing the content for our various types of clients. These workshops help generate action-oriented roadmaps and next steps for the design and project management of identified initiatives, where Yagnum also provides support.
