I believe that ‘nothing is rocket science at least in business’ and there is a ‘method’ to solve everything, as long as you have traits of ‘self belief’, ‘curiosity’, ‘collaboration’, and ‘a strong work ethic’ and if you are smart enough to ‘find, learn or invent’ that ‘method’.

I have worked and lived in 6 Indian Cities and 8 countries and like to call myself a ‘Proud Indian and a Global Citizen’ in the same breath.

I bring more than 21 years of advisory and coaching experience including 16 years in Management consulting at leading consulting firms (Accenture Strategy and Ernst and Young), with Banks/ Financial Institutions, Fintechs, Industry Associations, Venture Capitalist (VC) firms, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Corporates, Startups and Small & Medium Businesses in India and across the globe.

I have led go-to-market efforts, led program delivery and created thought leadership and assets in the areas of Innovation, Human-Centric Design Thinking, Data and AI driven consulting, Digital & Core Banking Transformations, Operational Excellence, Value Led Planning and Execution. I have also been a speaker, panelist and coach on topics of ‘Digitisation’, ‘Design Thinking’, ‘Fintechs’ and ‘Future Skills’ at Industry Forums and B-schools.
