Nikunj Dang, Founder and CEO
I believe that nothing in business is rocket science — every challenge has a structure and every problem has a method. With self-belief, curiosity, collaboration and a strong work ethic, anyone can solve complex problems when they are willing to find, learn or invent the right method.
Having lived and worked across 6 Indian cities and 12 countries, I proudly call myself both a Proud Indian and a Global Citizen.
I bring 22+ years of advisory and coaching experience, including 17 years in management consulting at Accenture Strategy and EY, working with banks and financial services organisations, industry associations, startups, GCCs, corporates and high-growth SMEs worldwide.
My work spans Strategy and Growth Advisory, Innovation, Design Thinking, Product Strategy, Data & AI-driven consulting, Digital and Core Platform Transformations, and Operational Excellence through CEO Office / Transformation Office setups and program management. I have also been a speaker, panelist and coach on Design Thinking, Product Strategy, Fintech, Future Skills and the AI-First Mindset at leading B-schools and industry forums.
At Yagnum, I am building a top-heavy, founder-led advisory practice focused on helping organisations build internal strategic muscle — not dependency. Our ecosystem of clients, partners and collaborators shares a common purpose: delivering Innovation, Value and Impact in the Human + AI era.
